Life is busy, but so grand!

This is sweet Allison Grace in her Easter dress this year.  Her aunt Valerie got this for her before she was born!  How did she know she would look so darn cute?  I guess she just has experience in those areas. 

Life moves so fast.  Everyday goes by and I have to look back on it at dark and recount what happened!  In the morning we play and eat and then Allison goes down for a wonderful nap.  Then it's repeat until dark!  I am finding that it can be difficult to go shopping with her now sometimes because she is wanting to sleep alot!  That girl is growing and does it best while resting.  : )

She has 4 teeth now and loves to smile and show them off. 

I am 17 weeks along with baby # 2, which we think is another sweet baby girl.  We are so blessed and look forward to another wonderful birthing experience.

Tony and Will on a typical evening.

This first one is of Will modeling a new LSU scarf my Mom monogramed. Yep, he loves it! And the mums match our team!! This was before a game when LSU was making us proud....

These that follow are a typical evening....

My sweet pup, Will, holding down the sofa. He has a thing for propping his head up now on a pillow. He is a mix of cocker spaniel, schnauzer, and poodle. I am sure there is more, but that is all we have been able to identify. HA! He is the best of all of them!

Tony and Will snuggling after reading a bedtime story. Well, maybe not a bedtime story, but nevertheless, Will snuggles as Tony reads his book then they nap.

Fall Foilage in Eureka Springs

Here are some pictures of the recent Fall colors in Eureka Springs. There are pictures of our cabin below this post. This is a trail we went on right in the middle of downtown.

On Halloween night, we took this picture on a bridge lit up with decorations. Tony is making his best monster stance at the end of the lit bridge. : )

Oh, yeah, here are some Fall colors right in the middle of town!

I think this is my favorite with the sun rays falling down in the park. I love the way it looks with the colors. A great weekend to relax.

Memories of a Treehouse

I thought I would share some pictures of when Tony and I went to Eureka Springs over Halloween this year to enjoy the pretty Fall Foliage. This is what you see when you walk inside the tree house cabin. It is like a studio apartment sort of and has a really cool view.

This is the master bedroom area and part of the living space with a leather loveseat and ottaman. There is a built in TV above the fireplace.

Tony asked that I take this picture and I think it came out really cool. We had just arrived and were checking everything out. The deck had a swing and bistro set on it with privacy walls on the side. Leaves fell all weekend on the porch which you could see through the windows.

This is the front of the cabin. You can see it is on stilts in the forrest. There were little lights all around that twinkled at night. I didn't get a picture, but there is a water fall behind me as I take this picture. Much better than a regualar hotel for sure!

Treehouse Adventures

Tony and I stayed in a treehouse this weekend in Eureka Springs, AR. Yep, we really did! The back porch of the place had leaves falling constantly and if I looked through the corner of my eye, it reminded me of snow. I could sit on the porch and touch the branches of the tree around me. Now the "house" part was pretty nice. I've never been in another treehouse that had a king size bed, kitchenette, leather sofa, and a jacuzzi tub! Did I mention that the place had a Venice theme? I will post pictures of the beautiful place as soon as I upload them.

We had a great time just walking around downtown. After all those hills, we would usually take a carriage ride back to our car. HA! If you're interested in seeing the place, the website is www.estreehouses.com .
